  6. Upload Files Description

  10. [A]bort, [C]ont, [D]elete, [E]dit, [I]nsert, [L]ist, [S]ave, [H]elp

  14.     After you have entered a file description, the above command prompt
  15.     will appear.
  16.  
  17.       [A]bort  = GAP will ask you if you wish to abort.  If you answer
  18.                  yes, the upload attempt be aborted and you will be
  19.                  returned to the File Command Prompt.
  20.  
  21.       [C]ont   = Continue entering text.  GAP will return you to the exact
  22.                  place you left off.
  23.  
  24.       [D]elete = GAP will ask you which line you wish to delete. If you
  25.                  delete a line, all the text entered AFTER that line will
  26.                  move up one line.
  27.  
  28.       [E]dit   = GAP will ask you which line you wish to edit.  After you
  29.                  enter a number, your cursor will be placed at the
  30.                  beginning of that line.

  32.                  The Editor Sub-Functions Are:

  34.              [Ctrl F] = Forward  [Ctrl B] = Backward  [Ctrl Y] = Delete Line
  35.              [Ctrl D] = Delete   [Ctrl I] = Insert     [Enter] = End Edit

  37.                Ctrl F  moves the cursor forward one character.
  38.                Ctrl B  moves the cursor back one character.
  39.                Ctrl Y  deletes the line and place the cursor at the
  40.                        beginning of the empty line.
  41.                Ctrl D  deletes the character under the cursor.
  42.                Ctrl I  inserts a space at the current cursor position.
  43.                Enter   terminates the editing process.

  45.                Please keep in mind that if your communications program
  46.                filters out control keys you will NOT be able to utilize
  47.                the editor functions.

  49.                Also, if your communications program ALWAYS adds a line
  50.                feed to each carriage return that it receives, then the
  51.                line being edited may appear on your terminal more than
  52.                once.

  55.       [I]nsert = GAP will ask you where you wish to insert a line. After
  56.                  you have entered a number, GAP will insert a blank line
  57.                  at the location you specified.

  59.       [L]ist   = GAP will show you what you have entered so far, line
  60.                  by line.

  62.       [S]ave   = By typing [S], the file description will be stored 
  63.                  and the uploading process will begin.

  65.       [H]elp   = Will display this help file.
